How do I change my name in Talking Tom Gold Run?
It's easy! Here's what to do:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the upper left corner of the screen while you’re in the game.
2. Press Change Name and type in the new name you want to use. And be creative – don’t use your own name!
How do I race against other players in Talking Tom Gold Run?
Want to race? Then you’ve got to run! After you’ve downloaded the game, you’ll need to run at least 10 times for this option to appear. Rev your running engines and get going!
Why do I need gold bars, dynamite, and diamonds in Talking Tom Gold Run? And how do I get them?
They act as currencies in the game that you can use to build and upgrade your home and the characters! You’ll earn game currency as you play. You'll get them as rewards when you:

- Watch videos;
- Spin the wheel;
- Play mini-games;
- Download other games; and
- Complete daily missions.

You can also purchase dynamite using real money in the game's shop.

How do I save my game progress?
Good question! Saving is important if you want to: transfer your progress to a new device (just keep in mind that you can only transfer it to a device with the same operating system); do a factory reset; or keep a backup. Here’s how:

1. Update the game to the latest version.
2. Start the game and go to Settings.
3. Make sure the Connect To Google Play option is ticked and your internet connection is turned on. (Please note that the Google Play connection won’t be available for our younger players, as part of our protections).
4. Your progress will now be automatically saved and can be restored on multiple devices. Done!
I've lost my progress – what do I do?
If you were connected to your Google Play Games account in the game’s settings and your internet connection was turned on before the game was deleted, then it should have been saved automatically. Go ahead and reinstall the game and connect it to Google Play Games. If the pop-up window opens, click on it to restore your progress. Unfortunately, if you weren’t connected to Google Play Games, it won't be possible to transfer the game state.
How do I move my game save between devices?
As long as you can connect to Google Play, transferring the game state is a breeze! Just follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re running the latest version of the game on your old device.
2. Open Talking Tom Gold Run and tap the wheel icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Choose the Connect to Google Play option. (Please note: Because we want to protect our younger users, this connection won’t be available to them).
4. Download the latest version of the game on your new device and repeat what you just did using the same user account as your old device.
5. After playing for a little while on your new device, you’ll be asked whether you want to continue with the new game or load the old one. Choose the old one and carry on with the fun!
Can I transfer my game progress from an Android to an iOS device, or vice versa?
We’re sorry, but you can’t transfer your game progress between different platforms just yet. Check back with us in the future – we’re working on it!

Technical Help

My game isn't working as I expected.
We’re sorry that something’s not working with your game. First things first – try restarting the game (switching it off, then on again). Did that work? If not, save your progress, then delete and reinstall the game. To save your progress, you need to connect the game to Google Play. Here’s how:

1. Update the game to the latest version.
2. Open the game and go to Settings.
3. Make sure the Connect To Google Play option is ticked and your internet connection is turned on. (Please note that the Google Play connection won’t be available for our younger players, as part of our protections).
4. Your progress will now be automatically saved and you can uninstall the game. When you reinstall the game, simply connect to Google Play again, and you’ll be given the option to load your old game.

I don't have sound inside the game.

How do I update the game?

2. Open the menu (the icon’s in the upper right corner) and tap My Apps & Games.
3. Any apps with an available update will be displayed at the top of the list. All you need to do next is tap Update!
